Ticketing Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise which prevent you from attending a booked show. Due to the nature of the Greater Manchester Fringe Festival and our commitment to supporting artists, venues, and performers, all tickets are non-refundable unless the show is cancelled by the organisers, artists, venue, or performers.
Ticketing Issues
Should you experience any issues with your ticket, such as errors in the booking or difficulties accessing the event, please contact gmfringe@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you.

Terms and Conditions for All Promo Codes
Please note that the following terms apply to all promotional offers. Codes must be used correctly, as they will only be valid when used as intended.
Example – ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ (BOGOF): For this specific offer, it is essential that two tickets are purchased for the discount to apply. Two tickets must be added to the basket before entering the code.
Any misuse of a promotional code, such as applying a BOGOF code to a single ticket, will result in the ticket(s) being voided without a refund, as this is a breach of the offer’s terms.
